A Catered Affair was absolutely fantastic. The entire team was incredible to work with and helped make our wedding day so special. From the planning process through the event itself, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. We got so many compliments on the food from our guests. People are still talking about how delicious everything was. Just as importantly, the flow of the evening felt effortless. The team kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and are so grateful for all of their hard work. Another great experience at ACA. Today I chose ASIAN GLAZED SALMON BOWL: sweet chili glazed salmon, cucumber, cabbage, carrots, avocado, snap peas, edamame, green onions, quinoa, sriracha aioli! And of course also enjoyed a Iced Latte with brown sugar syrup made in house 🤎🤍 the food delicious, the service delightful and always look forward to my next visit. We had ACA cater our wedding, and the food was truly exceptional. We’ve had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, which says a lot for a wedding meal! The quality and flavor of the food absolutely deserve 5 stars. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is an issue we experienced with dinner service logistics. We had a large guest count and had confirmed in multiple meetings ahead of time that there would be two buffet lines to keep things moving efficiently. However, on the wedding day, they only had one buffet line, resulting in a much longer and more drawn-out dinner service than expected. Unfortunately, this change was never communicated or explained to us or our parents, so we’re still unsure why it happened. A Catered Affair did the most incredible job with our wedding food! Every item was cooked to absolute perfection. My wedding guest with celiac disease was able to safely eat their food which I am eternally grateful for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for any sort of catering needs.
